Disponibili appartamenti fronte mare nel sud della Sardegna località Solanas, ubicata a soli 35 km da Cagliari e a soli 12 km da Villasimius. Solanas è nota per la sua grande tranquillità e il Mare cristallino. Per questo è stata inserita al sesto posto tra le migliori spiagge Sarde. Il residence è composto da 3 comodi e ampi appartamenti, di circa 80 mq, da 5/6 posti letto. Ogni appartamento è dotato di 2 o 3 camere da letto, cucinino, bagno, grande zona giorno e verande su fronte e retro. Ogni casa è dotata di biancheria e stoviglie. Gli appartamenti si trovano all'interno di un ampio giardino condominiale, riservato e immerso nel verde, dotato di posto auto personale, docce, barbeque, lavanderia e zona pranzo esterna. Per qualsiasi altra esigenza specifica, vi invitiamo a contattarci e dove possibile, faremo in modo di venirvi incontro. Il residence a gestione familiare si impegna nell’ospitare vacanzieri che necessitano di un posto nel quale poter dedicare le loro giornate al relax e al sano divertimento. La spiaggia che dista a solo un minuto a piedi dalla casa è dotata di servizi di noleggio attrezzature da mare e ristorazione. Nel piccolo paese di Solanas ci sono vari ristoranti, market macellerie farmacia e piccolo negozi. Nella piazza principale in alta stagione si può avere l’occasione di partecipare ad alcuni eventi ricreativi organizzati da vari enti e associazioni nonché dal comune stesso.

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
