The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.

No limitations to warm water since it's heated centrally. I rent out my apartment only when I travel. Thus it feels like a real home and not an airbnb skeleton.
