Soak up the sun on the huge deck located on Lake Sutherland. We get more sunshine on our deck than about 99% of lake! The way the sun sets leaves most of the lake in the shade...except for our deck! We get sunshine into the evenings! This is a duplex and the other side is also an Airbnb, so if you have more people coming, checkout the other listing and rent them both. Its a quick two minute ride to Lake Sutherlins public dock & nine miles to Crescent Lake, Marymere Falls Trails or Spruce Rail Trail. Come to see Bella & Edward or Boat/Bike Races.
