The remaining brick section of the homestead has been fully renovated, while still retaining its lovely rustic atmosphere. Basic accommodation that comfortably caters for 3 people. Our very private Eco Cottages are fully self contained and fully sustainable with 100% solar power and all water used is rain water which is collected on site. The individual cottages are very private in parkland surrounds. Situated only 2klm from the centre of town. There are no neighbours and is very quiet. There are many native animals on site. The cottages have a full kitchen with oven, hotplates and microwave. All linen is supplied. They are very large with 80 sq m living.

Our Cozy cottage has all you need for a great getaway, from free parking to an equipped kitchen. Offering scenic views of Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains of Australia and the convenient location near the main road to get to the ski slopes, walking bike tracks as well minutes to the local town shops, restaurants, tourist information Centre and more. There is so much to see and do around Jindabyne, with a great place to relax at the end of the day.

"The Residence" in the heart of Tumbarumba

The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.
