The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bus stop is a 3 minute walk, John Smith's Bay beach 5 minutes and grocery store 12 minutes away. We also have a Labrador that roams the property. There's cable tv (includes HBO and Showtime) free wifi. This stand alone private studio has a tempurpedic queen bed, a small kitchenette (no stove) and private outdoor patio area with bbq. Conveniently located 3 minutes walk to groceries, buses, and a 5 minute drive to beautiful John Smiths Bay beach. Twizy charger onsite. There are stairs to the property & the shower is small. Strictly no smoking.

The pool house is a private place to stay, with beautiful views and a pool steps from your door. It offers an en-suite with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The unit also has A/C, heating, and a fan. Pictures truly don't do it justice. Additionally, the property provides an EV charging port for various vehicles (please inquire for more details). The property is a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach (John Smiths Bay) and a 15-minute drive from the airport and the main town, Hamilton
