Wifi and smart tv. Sunny with central air in the summer warm and cozy in the winter. Walk or ride a bike to town. We’re located in Village Hill.

This tiny studio apartment has a full size daybed, a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and two burners. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The bathroom has a shower, sink and commode. We offer TV with cable and WiFi. The 3 season unheated porch is reserved for Cottage Room guests only and has a table to eat at and comfy seating. This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

The Maple Room is a 1st floor apartment. King bed, twin bed, private entrance. Private kitchen and living room. Central AC, access to private garden. This is our quietest room, set back from Elm Street. The house was built in 1785, so some ants sometimes would join the party.
