Take a short walk to Hepburn’s acclaimed restaurants and cafes, or have a drink at the Palais music venue and walk home! Stroll down the end of the street and you’re in the historic Hepburn bathhouse and mineral springs reserve. Pamper yourself with a spa treatment, or just enjoy a gorgeous leafy walk. A three minute drive and you’re in Daylesford.

A secluded and intimate luxury escape inspired by the need to live smaller and more sustainably, Monterey is an eco-friendly off-grid tiny house nestled amongst 35 acres of native forest offering guests the perfect opportunity to explore nature, unwind and recharge. Built from salvaged Monterey Cypress timber, the house offers a dreamy king sized bed downstairs and double bed in the upstairs loft. Explore the surrounding forest and wildflowers and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature.

Creek View

This property is on the Goldfields walking track and mountain bike track. It is in Creswick which is part of the central highlands goldfields. It is 20 kms from Ballarat and Sovereign Hill and 25kms from Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. It is close to town. You can walk to the supermarket, patisserie, 2 hotels, the wine bar, museum and the other amenities. The walking track goes to St George’s lake in the Wombat Forest. There are many birds; cockatoos, rosellas, kookaburras in the garden.

Our ORTO Cottage is gorgeous: it offers complete privacy or the chance to engage with us. We are a Cooking School & Regenerative Farm. We offer a tour of our property on arrival: opt out if you wish. We provide fresh eggs, home made bread, milk, coffee & seasonal herbs from our garden. Our beautiful summer wetland is perfect for swimming, fishing, reading a book. LGBTQI welcome! Are you looking for a place with good old fashioned hospitality, a comfortable bed with quality linen, a hot shower, and a sparkling clean space you can relax amongst trees & nature whilst visiting Daylesford. Our cosy, eclectic, homely bungalow sits on top of a large timber deck at the rear of our home that’s set in amongst the gum trees & forest with a view from every window. We provide fresh free range eggs, local honey, coffee, teas, milk & a few extra pantry staples!

Kitchen Cottage "Kooroonella" Egan's Homestead

Complementary Continental Breakfast and no Cleaning Fees! Set in open farmland and surrounded by eucalyptus bush the "Kitchen Cottage" is a free standing, private dwelling adjacent to the old house. Enjoy the relaxing peace and serenity, the views and the walks. Daylesford is just 7 minutes away with excellent cafes, restaurants, interesting stores, spas, and an abundance of outdoor areas to explore. 5 minutes west is our local pub, the " Swiss Mountain Hotel" in Blampied.

Cosy mudbrick cottage

Families will love this rustic mudbrick cottage on a 10 acre property within a relaxed bush setting. Enjoy amazing sunsets, watch the kangaroos from the veranda, or take a walk through local bushlands. The outdoor fire area is the perfect place to unwind and view the amazing stars on a clear night. A few minutes drive from Talbot and 15 minutes drive from the famous Clunes Book Town. Being Central Victoria we have many small towns surrounding us within an hours drive.

Daylesford-Smeaton Horizons Farm Stay in Smeaton

Stand alone Cottage with separate bathroom and kitchen recently renovated with all new furniture and appliances overlooking garden and barbecue area, located on 14 acre private property with dam and plenty of places to walk. Smeaton is a small town located 22km from Daylesford, 15km from Creswick and 35km from Ballarat in the heart of Gold mining country. We live onsite in the main house so will be more than happy to suggest things to do and places to go.

Dijon

Dijon is a small but charming, self-contained studio space with one queen sized bed, kitchenette, couch and table within that area. Set in a spacious garden it comes equipped with some breakfast provisions, cooking basics, separate bathroom area and outdoor garden seating. It is only a short walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse, cafes, and therapy providers or alternatively, bushland walking tracks.
