The apartment is only 150 m away from the beach and 400 m from the city center, surrounded by a spacious pine forest. This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

The house is newly renovated in old istrian stile and with a marvelous sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can also visit our wine cellar and old mill and have a taste of our wines. The location is also great for visiting Italy (Triest 15 km, Venice 160 km), the caves (Škocjanske – 30 km, Postonjske – 50 km), the capital Ljubljana (100 km) and Croatia (25 km).

Arrampicato sul colle di S.Vito, in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, è distante soli 10 minuti a piedi tanto dalla centralissima piazza Unità, quanto dal Castello di S.Giusto.
