Gypsy Wagon, Curio Bay, Catlins.

Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size luxury bed. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities. Log burner with wood supplied. Outdoor BBQ. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults plus one small child in one bed

Waikawa House

Waikawa house is a lovely modern house with a big section, ideal for couples or families. Set on a quite and private section, enjoy the peaceful rural surrondings and beautiful native bird song. Waikawa House is in the middle of the southern Catlins "hot spots", less than 5 minutes walk from the estuary and less than 10 minutes drive to Curio Bay. Swim with the dolphins, watch the penguins come in to their nests in the evening and walk along a beautiful beach, enjoy many more local attractions.

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.
