A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

The Lodge is situated on its original site which dates back to the 16th Century when it was the home to the Gatekeeper of Muckruss. It is still very much part of local history which is why we have retained its historic charm while at same time creating an air of modern sophistication within .

There are beaches with safe swimming very close by as well as opportunities to moor small dinghy’s and sailing craft. Island View is a 15 minute drive from Skibbereen.

Das Wasser kommt vom hauseigenen Brunnen und wird labormäßig getestet auf die Qualität. Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 6 Jahren.
