Three level townhouse, overlooking the sea, elegantly designed for comfort and recreation. The main door, living room, dining room, balcony and fully-equipped kitchen are located in the mid level. Two bedrooms with lofts are located in the top level and another bedroom and the game room are located in the lower level. The game room leads to the garden with a picnic table and grill. A few minutes walk will bring you to the beach.

PLEASE READ! This villa can accommodate up to 20 adults., up to 2 children are free of charge provided they will be sharing the existing bedS. The price indicated is per floor.
