Das Haus wurde 2025 äußerst geschmackvoll saniert und verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich, ein Wohnbereich mit SAT-TV, ein Essbereich mit einer offenen Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Bäder. Ein Bad ist im Erdgeschoß, ein weiteres Bad sowie die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoß des Hauses. Durch das hintere Schlafzimmer haben Sie einen Zugang zur Dachterrasse.
