The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.
