Enjoy sunsets and lake views from the hot tub on the expansive deck or while grilling on the Weber gas grill.

The Birdhouse – quiet luxury, walk everywhere

The Birdhouse is on a quiet wooded ravine steps from restaurants, shopping and a lovely 0.7 mile walk to the beach. This home hosts 4 guests only, including infants. Enjoy a screened-in porch with views to the woods, an outdoor eating area with grill, lovely terrace with firepit and laundry room. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower with hand shower for junior guests. To allow our cleaning crew time to prepare, we're unable to offer early check-ins.

The Walnut House, Michigan Woods Retreat

Beautifully designed home, surrounded by trees. 5 minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan, and conveniently close to historic Three Oaks downtown: Journeyman whiskey distillery, Acorn Theater, Froehlich's bakery and deli, Patellie's pizza and more. The home has beautiful large windows in every room and bedroom. It is well stocked with books, thoughtfully appointed rooms that are perfect for a quiet escape, family retreat, and home base for exploring the areas activities.

Lola's is a uniquely perfect old-school Michigan Beach cottage, with a brand new, updated kitchenette & shower! Enjoy the quiet of 1.5 acre of yard & forest (with friendly deer and wild turkeys!); walk to the beach; snuggle in front of the fire and under historic pines! Perfect hideaway all year round! Close to all the charms and amenities of Sawyer, Three Oaks, Union Pier, New Buffalo, and St. Joes. Excellent writing retreat, we’ve been told, and a sweet spot for a romantic getaway!

Barn of Three Oaks near Lake Michigan/Journeyman

The Barn is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bath, while the front bedroom has a half bath en suite. Bedrooms are equipped with USB charging ports for three devices as well as a white noise machine. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed as well, including a Keurig. There are many books, games & puzzles in addition to a selection of records to enjoy. A washer and dryer are also on site as well as an iron and ironing board.
