Set on 2+ acres, rejuvenate and connect with friends and family around the outdoor fire pit. Inside you will find a comfortable space with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, and a full and half bath. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, enjoy the outdoor shower after a long hike or trip to the beach.

Lavender Farm Private Luxury Suite

The luxury suite features reclaimed wood from a 150 year old silo. Reclaimed beams adorn the ceiling. The shower features rainfall, waterfall and massage jets. There is a four post king size reclaimed wood bed with an amazing second floor view of the entire circular lavender field. There is also an open kitchen/living room area with a view of 4,000+ lavender plants. You will be surrounded by custom-picked imported Italian granite selections. The sinks in the suite feature amethyst geodes.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Fire pit, heated outhouse with composting toilet, outdoor dining area, brook, pond and trail head are just steps away. We also have a TREE HOUSE and HIKER’S HAVEN house by the brook. Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. South County House is a 1500 sq ft two bedroom, 1.5 bath cape built in 1936 that sits on nearly an acre of land, 3/4 of a mile from the ocean in Westerly, RI. It borders preserved forest, and there is a small family farm across the street.
