WIFI, TV with Netflix Airport and city are 15-20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to bus stops and restaurants 5 mins drive to major facilities. linen, towels, blanket, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, well equipped kitchenette No Laundry facilities but we live at the back and happy to help.

Enjoy complete privacy in our cozy guest house, nestled in a convenient location in the heart of Murdoch. 5 min walk to Murdoch University (via underpass). 5 min drive to the local grocery store and cafes. 10 minute bus ride to Murdoch Station. 15 min bus ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.

A welcoming, cosy home at this peaceful and centrally located property. A short walk to bus routes, 5 min drive to riverfront, 15 min from the city, 20 min from the beach. Walking distance to Perth's beautiful Swan River precinct, coffee shops, supermarket and restaurants. We can accommodate two adults and a child under the age of 12.
