The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. Private cabin sitting on an island over its own lake the ideal place to stay amongst nature and unwind in 10 acres. Furniture built from locally sourced trees for a beautifully crafted, rustic finish. Swing in a hammock or egg chair and indulge in a bit of star gazing. Watch the surrounding wildlife by the log burner or gather by the fire pit. Head ito Exmoor or Dartmoor & enjoy the many walks/bike rides; surf or explore the beaches. Help feed the animals and relax, recharge & re-connect!

Highfield Barn - wood fired hot tub and games room

Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

A stunning, renovated barn attached to a 17th century thatched farmhouse. A beautiful and private countryside retreat in a lovely, peaceful, unspoilt part of Devon. Only a short drive to Dartmoor and the surfing beaches of Cornwall and North Devon and the stunning SW Coast Path. This pretty, spacious converted barn includes a large lounge with woodburning stove, separate kitchen diner with access to a private garden and hot tub and countryside views. Perfect for stargazing in the evenings.

Little Buckland Cottage

Nestled in the Devon countryside, very rural, with narrow lanes. 15 minutes from the delights of RHS Rosemoor and within easy reach of beaches, Dartmoor and a little further along is Exmoor. Fishing on the river Torridge is close by and the Tarka Trail for keen cyclists is within an easy bike ride. The cottage (adjacent to our house) overlooks our fields and woodland. Keen amateur mycologists will be in heaven at this time of year. Our woodland is teeming with fungi! Come and explore!!

Swallow View, Umberleigh, North Devon

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

Log Cabin with Hot Tub, Devon - Dog-Friendly

The Cabin is a tastefully decorated log cabin with a contemporary, yet cosy feel. It has a fully enclosed and fenced garden, which is perfect for guests wishing to bring dogs. The property overlooks agricultural land that houses our small flock of sheep and chickens. The garden has its own hot tub, brick charcoal BBQ and fire pit. You will find a complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for you in the fridge; hot drinks and firewood are also included. Maximum of 2 dogs.

The Little Beeches, best of Coast and Country

The perfect property for a quiet escape in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Close to both Cornish and Devon beaches it really is the best of coast and country. The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
