The reason for leaving the tourism business is the number of tourists visiting the entire Banjar valley throughout the year.Ishan Log Huts is situated at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level.

Established in 2002, The Himalayan Trout House is the first guest house to come up in the Tirthan Valley. It boasts of 8 spacious family rooms set up in the orchard with a view of the river and the forest behind. There is a modern kitchen that serves Indian and Continental delicacies. Common spaces include restaurant tables in the gazebo and the porch, a children's play area and ample car parking space for residents.
