Close to tourist route. 15 mins to Denmark 20 mins to lights beach , greens pools, elephant rocks . Walking ,cycling tracks nearby. The cottage is an airy light 2bed ,2 bath ,lots of space inside and a veranda to enjoy outside . Wood fire for winter nights. Fenced yard at the back for the dog , dogs can walk on the property but must always be under control. Wonderful year round getaway.

A staircase leads upstairs to the 1st floor, where you'll step into a light open plan living space including a full sized kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood fire and smart tv. Both the open plan living and bedroom have glass sliding doors to the large balcony and the stunning views. The ensuite including spa bath, shower and detached toilet. Come and stay in our beautiful home we have acres for you to wander around and enjoy. Our 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 people it has an amazing playroom for kids, a pot belly in the large lounge with a pot belly fire will keep you warm on the cool nights. Watch the sunset over the beautiful view of the dam and into the valley. Only 15 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the famous Greens pool. We are just off the main tourist route of wineries, alpaca farm, cheese factory and much more.

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Foxtrot Flats Farm

Welcome to Foxtrot Flats - a secluded farm with a small and thoughtfully designed home, which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.

Perfect quiet location on the inlet. Ideal for launching your dingy. 5 mins from town, 5 mins from beach, 2 bed both with( open )ensuite, one with double bath (no shower) one with shower. ideal for adults. Surrounded by beautiful scenic walks through the karri forests on inlet. See the wild life from large decking area. ( Not suitable for unsupervised children as it has a high decking and the house is built on granite )

Wolfes Landing - a rustic home on the inlet

Wolfe’s Landing is a beautifully rustic and quirky home overlooking the spectacular Nenamup Inlet. This chalet is named after the original Wolfes Landing - now the Albany jetty – which was the embarkation point for soldiers heading to Gallipoli. Timbers rescued from this jetty are the signature feature of this chalet, and are a poignant and constant reminder of those who have gone before us.
