Cosy Loft with Garden, Quiet Village Location

In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

All of our cabin's feature a mezzanine double bed, small kitchenette, freestanding bath suite, hot tub, firepit and decking area. The local area has lots to offer, with local attractions and plenty of charming pubs and restaurants, some within walking distance as well as the quaint village of Market Bosworth.

Conveniently located for Cattows Farm, Donnington Park and Mallory Park. Small dogs are welcome to stay too!!

Centrally located between Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, and only 3 miles from the lovely town of Ashby de la Zouch it is a perfect for visiting friends and family, work or just for a short break.

Situated just outside of Twycross, Leicestershire. The Shepherds hut is isolated in its own part of the countryside. Completely private and surrounded by nothing but field and nature. The luxurious hut is fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, mains power and water along with a log burner and heated flooring. Outside a fire pit ,seating area and a wood burning hot tub awaits and is the perfect spot for you to enjoy the stunning view and sunsets. No pets Adults only

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer.
