This house is built on the sand. Closer to the beach you cannot get. It has excellent views of the coastline. Sit on the deck and watch the dolphins swim by. It's located within a security village with controlled access. There are a lot of amenities in the vicinity, but you don't have to venture out to enjoy your vacation. Your children can play in the sand or ride their bicycles in the street in a safe environment. The house offers an indoor braai and stacking doors to open up the living space.

Karoo Country Style Guest suite

We would love you to stay in our Country Style guest suite, which is situated in a large leafy garden with a swimming pool, which guests are welcome to relax in and use. Secure parking is available on property. Our property has an inverter, which makes loadshedding less of a problem. The guest suit is attached to the main house but not shared with the main house. It has its own outdoor entrance and covered living area, so privacy is ensured. The light and airy rooms are decorated with love.

Off-the-grid stone cottage in the Little Karoo

Off grid cottage set in the heart of the Little Karoo within the Touwsberg Nature and Game Reserve. The reserve is well known for it's biodiverse fauna and flora and stunning scenery. Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

Spacious Loft with a Magnificent View

The Loft is a spacious homely apartment offering spectacular sea views. Ideally located, in the heart of the old town, the main attractions are a walk away including the St. Blaize trail, the famous Zipline. Simply take a stroll to the beach or light up a BBQ on your private terrace and garden while watching the Whales and dolphins pass by. Enjoy fast uncapped fibre Wifi. The apartment is also fitted with a battery back up to keep the lights and WiFi on during power outages.

This is a beautiful modern upmarket 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beach front apartment with a spectacular 180 degrees view over the ocean at Mossel Bay from the lounge and main bedroom. Apartment has direct access to the beach. Beautifully furnished. Secure parking within the complex. Swimming cool in complex. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove and hob, dish washer, washing mashine, fridge and indoor gas braai. Next to the Dias Hotel. Uncapped fibre.

The Beach House (Where the Dolphins play)

Protected against load shedding The Beach House is situated at the edge of a 20 km long beach. It is a timber house with a white washed finish on the inside. Uniquely located 30 meters from the sea and 5 meters from the Beach. Ideal for walking and relaxing. We generally have schools of Dolphins swim by twice a day throughout the year. Whales can be seen from time to time during the winter and early Spring See security below

When we first opened our spot we were truly over the hills and far away... now the village has grown around us a bit, but the place can still feel pretty secluded. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.

The Eden Sanctuary

The Eden Sanctuary is perched high on a hill overlooking the old town, harbor and sea. Surrounded by green belt the bird life is rife and the area peaceful and quiet. The studio has a separate entrance and is private from the remainder of the house. The decor is luxurious and very comfortable with a small kitchenette, fitted with microwave and fridge and also a braai for your culinary needs.

3 Queen Street

3 Queen Street is a stand-alone property. The house and its facilities are for the private and exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with other guests or the host. Guests who book the house will have the whole house to themselves for the amount of persons booked. Everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is included.

'Uitspan' restored Karoo style Barn

Situated 7km off the R62 in the hamlet of Buffelsdrift is Uitspan's Barn. Tastefully restored, this quaint cottage has a comfy Queen size bed with en suite bathroom, antique Day bed that can sleep an extra person. Kitchen with fireplace and lounge plus outdoor terrace with braai and splash pool.
