We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. It’s super cozy, away from the downtown hustle-bustle, and a short walk to the beautiful 16-mile Lost Lake Trail, where I love to hike, wade in streams, and roll in snow. My dog-friendly cabin is in a popular all-season adventure spot for mountain/snow bikers, trail runners, backcountry/cross-country skiers, and snowmachiners. Pack your gear and come on over! We even have ample room for parking boats and other trailered items!

Built in the late 1930's, Moosewood Cabin offers clean, comfortable, and cozy authentic Alaskan lodging for two. A great place to base your Seward, Alaska adventures. Summer 2025 will be our 27th season of offering Seward visitors a great place to rest after a full day of exploring the Seward Area. Moosewood is perfect for the minimalist traveler who wants to live large in the great outdoors! No Wi-Fi No pets, smoking/drug use of any kind is permitted on or near the property.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit

Coffee House Cottage

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!

The Little Yellow House

Enjoy a pleasant stay all to yourself in this cozy 1-bedroom home centrally located within walking distance of downtown Seward, the boat harbor, Resurrection Bay and the Mount Marathon jeep trail. A perfect home-base for Seward adventures during winter or summer - the Little Yellow House was originally built in 1950 and still has the old Seward charm.
