Seven Mile Beach House—Surf, Hike, Golf

This modern coastal retreat is located directly opposite Seven Mile Beach and although it feels worlds away, it's just a 20-minute drive from the CBD and offers easy access to the airport. A five-minute stroll brings you to the local general store, where you can stock up on groceries or pick up hot food from the bain-marie. Designed as a laid-back escape from the hustle and bustle, fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco or simply relax with a drink on the deck while taking in stunning water views.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

This light filled, open plan family home is directly across from the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Comfortable, with several areas for entertaining, this is a superb beach side home that will make for special holiday memories! The location is central to many tourist hot spots and is in the midst of the ‘golfing mecca’ that Seven Mile Beach is becoming. Make it your base to visit Port Arthur, the beautiful East Coast, the Coal Valley Winery route, charming Richmond and Hobart itself.

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.
