Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Lina's Gwölb befindet sich in einen 400 Jahren alten Bauernhaus und bietet Ihnen ein Wohnerlebnis der besonderen Art. Das alte Gewölbe verleiht dem Appartement seinen einzigartigen Charme. Zudem bietet der Wintergarten sowohl in der Sommer- als auch in der Winterzeit einen besonderen Rückzugsort mit Fernblick. Über mehrere Generationen hinweg diente Lina's Gewölb den Bewohner:innen des Hauses als Lebensmittelpunkt mit Speisekammer, Stube und alter Rauchküche.

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.
