Tranquil Hideaway

This serene 1-bedroom cottage is a guest house located behind our primary residence. It offers a blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. The open concept living area provides a large area for relaxation and socializing. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, Tranquil Hideaway offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. This home is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke inside the cottage you will be charged a $250 fee.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located right on the river you do not want to miss this beautiful view right from your front porch. This is a New build with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Take a dip in the water on our 200+ yards of sandbar and clear water. Or ask about our 2 hour kayak trip offered only to our guest (drop off provided). You can also Enjoy a fire at one of our fire pit locations. We look forward to see you soon !!

Cottage at Mason Park

Welcome to the Cottage at Mason Park! It is beautifully furnished with some antiques and has a fully equipped kitchen. Our place accommodates 4 guests with a brand new premium Casper queen size mattress and a new Kendale pull-out couch. Located across from the beautiful Mason park in Laurel with its fenced dog park! 1.2 miles from downtown on the only avenue with a bike lane. Close to the main grocery stores and restaurants. Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.

Tiny House at Fulmer's Farmstead & General Store

Break away from it all and enjoy spending a little time at a slower pace on our 40 acre horse-powered produce farm. You will fall in love with our 240 square foot tiny house with its wrap around porch. Amish rockers complete the space making it an ideal place for that morning or evening cup of coffee. Enjoy touring the farm and watching our Percheron draft horses at work or young colts playing. Chickens, cows, and sheep round out the animals to check out here on the farm.

The Cottage is the entire first floor of the Carriage House that is original to the property with all the lovely historic charm. Recently renovated, you’ll rest easy with all the modern day conveniences . Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout. The perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience downtown and HGTV’s Home Town!

This is the perfect getaway nestled just steps away from the river banks , you can spend your evenings grilling by the water or just listening to the water pass on your private balcony. Central to everything hattiesburg has to offer whether your in town to catch a USM baseball game or catch a concert at The Lawn. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. This private carriage house sits in the Historic District behind a 1910 Grand Victorian which is listed on the National Historic Registry. The carriage house has been newly renovated and is situated atop the garage. Features a modern full kitchen, king bed, living area with pull out sofa for extra sleeping if needed, and full bathroom.
