The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

7 Bedroom Seaside Family Beach Retreat Sleeps 15

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. The Nest

The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee. Light and bright contemporary first floor studio apartment in 18c barn annex. The huge window at one end of this stylish apartment allows light to flood in as well as allowing for stunning views over the fields with Chichester Cathedral, Goodwood Racecourse and the South Downs in the distance. All the furnishings have been carefully chosen to allow guests a holiday with comfort and relaxation in mind.
