It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. Apartment is brand new and it's located 50 m from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen + living room and terrace with sea view. It's fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building and it's free of charge. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor swimming pool (both meals and pool for reasonable price).

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
