"The Cart Lodge" is a one bedroom detached, property with a guest Hot Tub situated close to the city of Norwich and about 30 minutes drive from the Suffolk Coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and close to the Norfolk Broads. The Cart Lodge is the perfect place to spend a few days and unwind whilst exploring the the local area. The town of Loddon lies just one mile away and has a variety of Shops, Cafes and Public Houses as well as a number of Takeaways. Fibre Broadband at the property.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. A high end kitchen and Starlink satelite wifi adds to your convenience.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
