Cozy, quiet and peaceful upper level condo within earshot of the roaring surf. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, then wake up and enjoy coffee from the quaint balcony or comfy breakfast nook with a view of the Necanicum River and distant hills to the east of town. Then walk to the water in less than 10 minutes. This condo has a well-appointed kitchen, leather couches, a widescreen TV with cable and DVD in the living room, and another TV with Netflix and DVD in the bedroom. No pets allowed!

We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult), and plenty of storage and space for longer stays. 1925 stylish home with 3 beds, 1 den, and 2 full baths is just a few steps to the promenade and beach, and all that the main drag of Seaside has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, wine bars, brew pubs, arcade, bumper cars, etc. Smaller dogs ok, contact owner. Go golfing, crabbing, fishing, clamming, hiking, zip lining, go carts, surfing, biking! Or stay at home and play board games, or corn hole, no need to go anywhere!
