A small store and a farm to table restaurant are conveniently across the street.

Located in Searsport Maine the cottage is adjacent to Moose Point State Park which has hiking trails and a rocky beach. It is 2 stories with a breathtaking ocean view from both the loft and the porch which includes a grill, 2 hammocks and 2 wicker chairs to relax . A few steps from the porch is a yoga/meditation studio. We are about 60 min. from Acadia National Park and 40 min. from Camden. We include, for your use while here, a car State Park Pass for access to the park and its beach next door.

To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
