To the East we have the coastal town of Seaham Harbour, to the West we have Beamish Museum, County Durham and Northumberland

The building was an old library now converted into flats. The flat is on the ground floor with own entrance, private yard and parking. A home from home, fully furnished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. It is in a prime location, 10mins from the city center, 5mins walk from the scenic coastline. Our luxury cottages are perfectly placed for tranquility and adventure set in the beautiful countryside of North West Durham. Only 20 minutes drive will take you to the world heritage site of Durham City and 30 minutes into Newcastle, with the most welcoming of Geordie hospitality. Both cities are noted for their stunning architecture along with superb restaurants and traditional pubs. There are many local attractions for all ages within a good walk or a short drive.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
