Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. We are at the furthest point of Seaford gateway to the famous Seven Sisters Cliff tops just 15 minute walk away

Jeffreys Barn - Rural location

Jeffreys Barn is a 1 Bedroom bungalow conversion, The open plan living area and Kitchen has all you will need, induction hob, fridge (icebox), dishwasher, microwave, Kettle and Toaster. you have a large comfortable sofa to sit back and relax after a long day with use of a smart TV or just relax with the patio doors open. Jeffreys Barn sleeps 2 on a firm king-size bed. Bed Lien and Towels included. From the bedroom you access the bathroom where you will a luxury roll top bathtub and Shower.

Paradise for walkers/cyclists/writers/photographers,artists & those who want peace & quiet. Our road is quiet almost silent except for sheep, cows & seagulls! Garden room has king size OR 2 singles -shower room & heating. Tea/coffee/Courtyard space, bistro seating. Buddy's Rest is at the rear of our property 1 night may be available. Bikes and BBQ available on request

Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Lovely 2 bedroom seaside retreat

Located in the heart of Seaford. The flat is situated on the ground floor of a Victorian house in the centre of town. The property has two large bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and 2 singles in the second bedroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The living room is stylish and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. There is a small but spacious private section of the back garden where you sit and relax. Or sit in the front and watch the world go by.

The interior is cleanly styled - simple and modern but with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the delightful town of Seaford. We have furnished the apartment with care and attention to detail. The lighting is attractive and versatile - no glaring overhead lights or uncomfortable sofas here. We’re told we’ve created the perfect blend of seafront comfort and style.

Cosy and functional self contained brand new build studio at end of large garden with sea views. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the nearby beach. Excellent travel links (rail and bus), beautiful cycle routes immediately accessible. This is a purpose built space with very comfy king size bed, private bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Kitchenette area with sink, fridge, 2 ring hob and microwave with oven and grill. Electric heating, freeview TV. On road parking available.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

This cosy, modern cottage is the perfect base for a seaside getaway, tucked in a quiet mews behind Seaford high street and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Seaford is a charming seaside town full of independent cafes and shops and is surrounded by the stunning South Downs National Park. The house is a short walk from the train station and local bus stops to Brighton/Eastbourne and is a great starting location for the Seven Sisters hike.
