Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. 8 minutes away from Carolina Beach! Unwind at this peaceful home with amazing sunset views from every spot, 3 sided wrap around covered deck and your own pier/dock! This 4,072 sqft home sits on 6 acres, with a pool and access to the Cape Fear River! This house offers 3 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, with 2 king beds, 2 full beds, 1 queen pull out sofa, 1 queen murphy bed and 1 twin pull out ottoman. Well equipped, with washer dryer and essentials needed for your worry free, relaxing vacation.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
