L'alloggio indipendente per gli ospiti, ricavato dal fienile, è completo di saletta con cucina, comodo bagno ed ampia e luminosa camera con un letto matrimoniale e un letto piazza e mezza ideale per una coppia, famiglia o gruppo di amici, sino a 3/4 persone. Country-modern furnishings in an air-conditioned environment. You are surrounded by greenery, but only 10 minutes from the Asti Est toll booth. Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish house. Surrounded by vineyards and woodland yet just a 5minute drive into the town of San Damiano. Suitable for those who want to explore the Roero, Langhe & Monferrato hills, enjoy being in nature, walking or cycling. We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.

On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.
