My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Located 5 minutes off Exit 126 on Interstate 40, this cozy apartmen is only minutes from the TN River, Birdsong Marina, Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Natchez Trace State Park. This area is a known as Sportsman's paradise, and this property is designed with that in mind, with barnwood accents and a beautiful, large cedar countertop. There's a queen bed and a pull out sofa for kids or extra guests.

Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two Bedrooms one queen and one full. Cot available. Has heating and air, Theater seating for two and two parking spaces.

This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

The Oliver Lakehouse

Nestled in the rolling hills of Chickasaw State Forest, the Oliver House is located on 38 acres with 2 lakes, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes and the sweetest muscovy ducks you will ever meet. Oliver is the oldest duck the inspiration behind our name! Our place is the perfect place to unwind, unplug and to just be in nature. Whether you prefer fishing, napping on the swing or reading a good book out on the deck, we are sure you’ll find it all here. Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy. We welcome you!

Graceland in Memphis, The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Discovery Park in Union City, and nature’s wonder Reelfoot Lake in Tiptonville, TN, are all day trip excursions! Looking for something closer, Beech Bend Park and Picnic area is just a short 6.1 miles away. Decaturville with its small town feel has much to offer with festivals and various street happenings throughout the year.
