The outdoor space provides a pickleball/basketball court with a mobile net and garden with a playhouse. The front deck offers outdoor dining off the kitchen w/gas bbq. Skiing/sledding just an hr away and it’s only 8-10 min into town!

Cascade Cabin is a cozy and comfortable, yet newer, sophisticated log home on one and a half bucolic and manicured acres, just a five minute drive (2.4 miles) to downtown Nevada City. The spacious home offers four separate sleeping spaces: three bedrooms, plus media room with a full-size pull out sofa bed; three and a half bathrooms, with updated, modern decor and amenities. The house is located on a beautiful private parcel surrounded by trees and bordered by a peaceful waterway hiking trail.
