Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. Enjoy this private and stylish 1 bedroom home which boast a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The entire home was remodeled in late 2021. Have your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in your private courtyard. Your parking is also taken care of with two spaces right at your front door.

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

College View Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

Come and stay at our updated and spacious townhome! It is conveniently located and only minutes away from both Texas Tech University and the medical district. It is also only minutes away from all of Lubbock's best restaurants. This is a perfect vacation home, rather it is to come and visit family and friends, a quick stay for work, or just passing through Lubbock. With a total of three beds, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan, you will definitely enjoy your stay!

This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses. Great family friendly home and very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We pride ourself on keeping a clean home! Our beds are super comfy and built for relaxed stays.
