The flat has a balcony towards the private garden. The kitchen is a seperate room with a washing maschine and a dining table with a corner bench. It has a fridge, a coffee machine. To go to the center (Marienplatz) from my flat, it takes you 21 minutes with public transportation. Here in Solln there are many nice restuarants and in case you like fast food Mcdonald is also not that far away.
