Bickley Cottage, a Cottage in the North York Moors

Bickley Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. The Cottage has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and a Smart TV.

Sparrow Barn, Low Bell End Farm

Sparrow Barn accommodates two adults, in an open plan modern living space, on our family farm. It offers a perfect base for a countryside holiday, whether you're wanting to explore the local area, or relax in the barn. Downstairs is a shower room, and open plan living kitchen space. Upstairs is a vaulted bedroom with king size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please note this accommodation is adults only *Please be aware this is a small working farm and there may be farm noises at times

A popular area for cycling and walking, Stillington is a pretty village with three pubs/restaurants, cafe, shop and post office.

Self-contained peaceful studio, close to York

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Mill House Annex, Oldstead

This bolthole has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard throughout, providing guests with a comfortable and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with underfloor heating and a sperate bath and shower. The living room has a cosy log fire and large dining table. The kitchen is well appointed and kitted out to meet all your culinary needs. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Millfield Cottage

Upgraded in summer 2023 with re-decorated bedroom/bed sit (upstairs); brand new bathroom fitted; and kitchenette added with fridge, mini freezer, hob, convection microwave and air fryer (downstairs). Come and go as you please through a private entrance and enjoy the views over Yorkshire. The annex is a completely private space attached to the main house. The main house and annex are stone-built and sit on half an acre of landscaped gardens.

The Retreat

The Retreat is set in a rural location and has lots of original features with a modern feel. With ample off road parking and close to the Stillington-Easingwold road its the perfect base to come back to after a visit to the many local attractions. The market town of Easingwold is 2 miles away and the City of York is 12 miles. The North York moors are close to hand and if you fancy venturing further you have the coast and the Yorkshire dales

The Caravan @ Tadpole

Set in a private garden, next to Woodland and open fields, posh camping with the luxuries! 10 miles from York city, and a bus stop 15 min walk away. Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.

Roseberry Loft Perfect for JCUH/ Wilton/Roseberry

Make some memories at this unique and quiet place brilliantly positioned for access to James Cook hospital and a short drive from tourist attractions areas such as Roseberry Topping and Saltburn. Positioned in old Nunthorpe, set in a private garden set back from the main house. The loft is an annexe completely separate from the main house.

The Garden Room at 23 - York

The garden room self catering accommodation is in a quiet suburb and sleeps up to two adults and two children under 13 years. It is a pleasant 25mins walk in to the city, buses run every 15mins from the end of the street or via the park and ride. There is off street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking.

A modern, spacious, well equipped annex with a private drive, safe parking area and 75” Smart TV. It’s located near to our family home, it’s very private with a large garden and beautiful rural views. It’s on a bus route, not far from both York, Selby, and the Designer Outlet.
