The Hotel offers 3 bedroom apartments with full kitchen, living room, 2 full baths, with a capacity of up to 8 people per unit. You and your kids can also enjoy many Old Orchard Beach attractions like the Beachfront Palace Playland Park, which is the only beachfront amusement parkland much more.

Stay like a local in this Queen Studio Suite. Located on the first floor, Room 7 is set up like a sun filled studio apartment featuring a well-appointed kitchen and sitting area. Our three-bedroom townhouses are located toward the back of our property, along a beautiful treelined path right in the heart of Freeport Village. These are perfect for a quick trip for a family or couple who would like the extra space while enjoying the Inn or ideal for long-term stays. Several of our townhouses are pet friendly. All townhouses are two floors, with all bedrooms located on the second floor. All townhouses have one bathroom located on the second floor.

This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to hang out in, there's plenty of space for everyone. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.

Harbor Cliffs Inn - Premier Ocean View King

This listing is for (3) separate guestrooms located in our Harbor Cliffs building. One room is located on the 3rd floor, while the other two are located on the 2nd floor. Each spacious room offers a king bed, bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, and sweeping views of the ocean across the street. The Harbor Cliffs offers a common living room and porch with furniture, and a kitchenette with coffee maker, ice, and glassware.

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.
