Hilda Cottage is a 17th Century dwelling. The front door enters to the living area, downstairs is the equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a double bedroom (WC ensuite) with sea views, and main bathroom, up the next stairs is the loft bedroom (double & single bed) and sea views! The stairs are narrow & steep, see photos If you're after old and quaint, Hilda is your girl, if you're after brand new and modern, she probably isn't 💗 No private parking, see 'other details to note' section. The Shoemakers Cottage has undoubtedly one of the best locations in Whitby right at the bottom of the 199 steps tucked in a quiet alley off the cobbled street. A small but cosy romantic cottage over 3 floors close to the harbour, the abbey and very close to Tate Hill Beach. BBQ and picnic basket set provided. Romantic victorian freestanding bath in the main bedroom. Arrival is down the busy cobbled church street. Best location. On-street parking scratch card provided in the W zone 10min walk.

Harwood House is a fisherman's cottage in the heart of the old town in Scarborough. It's 2 minutes' walk down Custom House steps, and you're on the sea front in South Bay. The house is on 4 floors. The cellar with the original range is the living room. We have a sitting room, dining area, kitchen with vaulted ceiling and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the next two floors complete with sea and castle views. Inc wifi, parking , washer, dryer & dishwasher.

Outside is a part-walled, sandstone patio with table and chairs and a large field which you are welcome to access.

Enjoy lazy mornings as you watch the sun rise over the sea before taking your dog to the field, exclusively yours throughout your stay. Follow footpaths through fields and forests to valleys with gentle streams and hilltops with sweeping views. Take the short drive to dog friendly beaches, picnic on the sand and breathe in the sea air. Return to the dog field for afternoon tea or a glass of wine, where a bench for two in a peaceful sun trap provides panoramic views of the setting sun.

Beautiful One Bedroomed Character Cottage

This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided

The Den is a beautifully decorated terraced cottage on a working farm, in the village of High Hawsker between Whitby and the beautiful Robin Hood's Bay. The quaint village of Hawsker is a perfect spot for people wishing to enjoy the natural beauty of the North York Moors, the stunning Yorkshire coastline and the Cinder Track which runs from Hawsker down to Robin Hood's Bay. Also perfect for exploring the bustling fishing town of Whitby which is just a couple of miles down the road.
