We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Two Sox is located on the second floor of The Main Barn and is a two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with two queen beds. Unit also has full kitchen, living and dining area.

The Rustic Retreat is a newly constructed barn decorated with primitive and antique furniture and decor, which adds to the serenity and simplicity of the space. Amenities include 6-person jetted hot tub, WiFi, three flat screen TVs, dart board, board games, gas stove, Keurig, coffee maker, gas fireplace, heating/air units upstairs and downstairs, two downstairs bathrooms, outdoor living space with gas fireplace, fire pit, charcoal grills, gas grill and access to lots of farm animals.

Sister property to the famous barn home located 5 minutes away! This BH has 4 twin beds, 1 bath, walk-in closet, small fridge, toaster oven and coffee bar. The bunkhouse also has access to the catfish pond (catch and release) and firepit. 20 minutes to downtown Athens or Commerce. This space does have an upstairs neighbor so quiet time is at 9. Please be respectful of noise throughout the rest of the day. You will have full access to a pasture, firepit and pond for fun.
