Beautiful, spacious, and quiet cottage 1-bedroom 1-bath, 860sqft, with a private garden, located in the prestigious Alameda Gold Coast neighborhood, safe, 7miles to OAK Airport, 5miles to Oakland Coliseum, 9miles to UC Berkeley, walk to the beach, easy transportation to San Francisco by ferry, bart, or bus. It is walking to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Next to Crown beach with spectacular view of San Francisco. Parties are not allowed. Top speed Internet. Pet allowed, $50 per stay.

Bolinas Costal Cottage

A sweet little blue cottage by the sea, our guest house is a stand-alone studio with a shared garden about 200 ft from the main beach in Bolinas. You can put your wetsuit on in the house, pop down to the beach for a surf, and shower off in the outdoor shower in the garden. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen tv, hi-speed internet, and a wood-burning stove. We live on the property with our young children and dog so are nearby in case you need anything you need during your stay.

Private, quiet, peaceful family or couple-friendly rustic farm cottage, wine country retreat with a private pool minutes away from wineries, like Schug, Gloria Ferrar, Viansa, Ram's Gate and Sonoma town square. Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.
