The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. Cabin is also next to a bike path that takes you to town (10 mins) Beach (20 mins), or Hiking (20 mins).

The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.

Eat and entertain out on the deck which features a grill, dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. Bring your boat and water toys, public launches are easily assessable and close by.

Our neighborhood abuts the Peterson Nature Preserve and is located across the street from the Kalamazoo River. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away, and the beaches are an easy drive. Our adjacent one-bedroom guesthouse may also be available if more space is desired. A fence with a gate separates the two homes.
