Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Driving down you will be welcomed by the beautiful mossy 100+ year oaks that are as well all over the property, sit down by the emerald green pond and enjoy the fresh air. Pool is off limits. Just come and pet the Donkeys ( Chloe and Clementine) mother and daughter duo that love attention.
