The house offers 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. Forget about load shedding as the house has a solar system and back up water tank. Located in a quiet suburb, but in 10 min reach of medical facilities and 20-30 minutes of universities and training institutions and 45 minutes to OR Tambo International Airport.
