Vintage Western Prairie private getaway with a private wrap-around deck and private hot tub, this one works for everyone! Relax in the hot tub, around the fire, or cozy-up inside in front of the fireplace for movie and popcorn. We deliver hot breakfast to your door. Sleeps 3 adults; extra linens available for 4th person (trundle bed). We have pet dishes and paw wipes. :) Kitchette and BBQ, Fire Pit and roasting sticks for everyone. This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Saskatchewan is touted as the “Land of Living Skies’, and there’s no better place to see the most amazing sunsets, stars and Northern Lights. Enjoy soaking in your private hot tub while star gazing or looking out over a vast valley.

Sunset Cottage at Katepwa Lake

Prime location! Directly across from Katepwa Provincial Park on the dog friendly part of beach provides a beautiful lakeview from front & golf course/valley view from back. Store and restaurant/bar a short 5 minute walk. TransCanada trail runs behind the cottage with hiking trails nearby. Fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living room/ dining area. Large fenced backyard with fire pit, patio, BBQ and deck. Dog friendly. No a/c but fans provided in each bedroom. Come enjoy our family cabin.

Walking distance to the Wapiti Ski Chalet, close to world-class fishing at Codette and Tobin Lakes, and minutes from Gronlid’s cross-country skiing and hiking trails. Turtle Lake Lakefront Lakehouse

Enjoy the afternoon sun on one of three lakefront decks and amazing sunsets at the beachfront firepit. Within steps of the playground, mini-golf and pickleball. The Lakehouse is a short drive to the boat launch, golf course , winter trails for skiing and snowmobiling , fuel, essential groceries and restaurants.
