Casa "Le fresie" - Torre del pozzo

Spaziosa casa su due livelli immersa nel verde e a un passo dal mare. La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

L'alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in prossima della bellissima scogliera di surri e sa ida, a circa 300 m dal mare, a circa 1 km 1/2 dall'arco di Sarchittu. Sito in una zona tranquilla, adatto per chi vuole veramente riposarsi, godersi il mare e i tramonti spettacolare. L'appartamento è di circa 60 m2, luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. L'arredamento è nuovo, possibilità di pranzare all'aperto, o prendere il sole.

Bellissimo monolocale soppalcato con ampia veranda panoramica. È il più grande di due piccoli appartamenti attigui -con ingresso indipendente- di una casa di campagna realizzata nel 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone. Al piano terra ci sono la zona giorno e il bagno; il soppalco ospita la zona notte. La veranda è dotata di una comoda doccia esterna ed è ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Il giardino e l’area gioco possono essere condivisi.

Mare Torre del Pozzo Ideale per famiglie

Appartamento situato in collina nella località di Torre del Pozzo, si gode di una stupenda vista sul mare, si apprezza la tranquillità e il profumo della macchia mediterranea. Le spiagge più vicine distano pochi minuti di macchina e la città principale, Oristano, è a 20 minuti. Nella zona ci sono bar, tabacchi, pizzerie e ristoranti tipici, due piccoli market e una gelateria. Nel vicino paese di Riola Sardo si trova un supermercato, la banca, la farmacia e altri servizi.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
