Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Bring your bikes and kayaks! This is a quiet country setting yet only a scenic 20 minute drive to either Saratoga Springs or Glens Falls.

Welcome to The Farmhouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom first floor apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV or a good book. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

Second floor walk up, modern apartment . Comfortable for one or two persons with hardwood floors, air conditioning, and an open floor plan. Apartment is above home owner's garage. Renter and homeowner share the entrance from the driveway, then each has a separate locked entrance to respective dwellings. Renters enter the apartment through a locked door at the top of the stairs. Window AC units in main living area and the bedroom.

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
