Go from sintra about 12 km to Magoito beach (Praia do Magoito). When you arrive in Magoito go all the way down to the beach and pass the fortress by the sea. Turn right and you will see the last two white houses. You're there! Just 12 km from sintra center (vila) "the Portuguese Environment Agency is finishing the recovery of the cliff, located in front of the house, between 50 and 100 meters. There are no noisy works anymore but only a fence in the cliff. The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.
